Established in honor of Kim Wright Flack
The Caregiver Legacy Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing scholarships and financial assistance to individuals pursuing approved Home Care Aide or Nursing Assistant, Certified (CNA) training programs in Washington State, and to promoting workforce development within the caregiving profession.
The foundation was created from a place of deep love, gratitude, and respect. It was established in honor of Kim Wright Flack - a woman whose life is defined by compassion, strength, and unwavering dedication to caring for others. Kim believes that caregiving is not just a profession, but a calling. She sees the dignity in it, the sacrifice in it, and the quiet heroism it requires every single day.

Kim Wright Flack spent the last part of her career working with Cornerstone Healthcare Training. During that time, she developed a passion for supporting caregivers and helping them succeed in their training. Kim was diagnosed with a terminal condition in 2025 and had to step back from the work she loved.

In looking for a way to continue Kim's legacy, The Caregiver Legacy Foundation was established in the spring of 2026 with a generous financial donation from Kim to get things started. The purpose of the foundation is to provide financial support for the training of caregivers in WA State and to support caregiver retention.

Donations are accepted via this website and used only for those purposes. No part of your donation goes to administrative costs. The board is a volunteer board who share Kim's passion in supporting caregivers. While Kim was no longer able to support caregivers herself, she finds great comfort in knowing this organization will carry on her mission.
